Safe QR Assist
QR code reader that shows what it is and checks before opening.
Before opening anything it reads, Safe QR Assist shows what it is: link, Wi-Fi, Pix, contact and other types. No link opens by itself. The app highlights the domain, warns about misleading addresses and checks Pix QR code data.

Features
Camera scanning, with flashlight and zoom.
Identifies the content type: link, text, Wi-Fi, contact, Pix, email, phone, SMS and location.
Link preview with the domain highlighted and warnings for misleading characters and unencrypted (HTTP) addresses.
Pix checker: validates the checksum and shows recipient, city, amount and key.
Reads QR codes from gallery photos and screenshots.
Generates text, link and Wi-Fi QR codes and shares them as images.
History saved only on the device, with an option to turn it off.
Available in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Permissions and data
- Camera: used to scan QR codes.
- Gallery: the app only accesses the image you pick in the system picker.
- History and preferences are saved on the device and excluded from cloud backup.
